Return Procedures
Returning a product at Intent is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Login to your Intent account.
- Go to the 'My Orders' section of your account.
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
- Click on the 'Return' button next to the item you want to return.
- Choose your return reason and any additional details.
- Submit your return request.
Return Guidelines
Before returning a product, please ensure that you adhere to our return guidelines:
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are non-returnable or non-refundable will be clearly marked on their product page.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Any free gifts or promotional items received with the product must also be returned.
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Quality Assurance
At Intent, we prioritize the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or provide a refund. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance.
